Business Cards
The business card, in a technical printing context, is a small rectangle of cardboard (usually 2 by 3.5 inches) printed with the company’s logo, the card owner’s name, their position at the company, their cell phone number, the company address, the company telephone number and their corporate e-mail address.

Letterheads
The letterhead is a printed heading, usually set on an 8.5- by 11-inch sheet of paper, and occasionally on legal-sized (8.5 by 14 inches) paper. It displays the company’s logo, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

A letterhead is essentially the heading at the top of a sheet that provides information about your company. The letterhead that you use will affect the image that others form of your company. It is important that the design you create for your letterhead reflects the image you want conveyed.

Your letterhead will not only provide the customer with your name and address, it will also build the image of quality that your products or services possess.

Envelopes
The corporate envelope is a flat paper container with a sealable flap, used to enclose a letter or document. It has printed on it the same content as the letterhead. There must be a reserved space for the receiver data (name and address).
