CMS (Content Management System)
Allows for a collaborative document's creation. A web content management system is a content management system with special features added to simplify the processes of publishing web content on web platforms. It eases the arrangement, control, and publication of a huge amount of textual, visual (jpeg, and gif files), and multimedia resources (video, presentations, sound files).

The CMS are also used for storage, control, revision, and upload of documentation specifically fitted to your company's industry/market/knowledge field, such as newsletters, annual financial reports, marketing brochures, technical manuals, operators' manuals, sales guides, catalogs, supportive scientific studies, etc.

These are some of the functions supported by our CMS:

  • To import textual, visual and multimedia files.

  • To assign roles and tasks to all the different categories or types of content.
  • To identify all users’ ID's and their duties of content management.
  • To define the tasks of the content’s workflow, which are joined to event messaging. Thus, the content’s managers receive a notice when the content’s workflow has changed.
  • To upload the content to a repository. That repository is quite important for the system, because it eases back-end access to this content, which includes information retrieval and databases.

  • To keep track of and handle several versions of a single instance of content.

  • Allow for separation between text contents and formatting.
For example, CMS automatically sets default colors, fonts and design, until you customize them.
